Why can’t I arrive at night?
We’re a small family homestay without 24h staffing; late-night arrivals disturb our household and other guests.
We recommend arriving before 6:30 PM.
Do you accept credit cards?
Credit card payment are subject to a 2% fee.
But we still advise you to bring enough cash as there are no ATMs in the area.
Where can I buy supplies?
Please stock up before coming—there are no convenience stores nearby.
However, we have a small shop with only essentials.
What is included in your all-inclusive packages?
Our packages include 2 nights’ accommodation, transfers from selected locations, and curated excursions to Mount Bromo. Please note that meals are not included in the packages but can be added separately.
Can I customize my package?
Yes, our packages are flexible. You can add activities such as motorbike rentals or extra excursions. Please contact us for personalized arrangements.
